It is an excellent solution for testing light wave system components that operate at microwave frequencies and very high bit rates. This integrated system allows you to accurately characterize lasers, photodiodes, optical assemblies, transmitter/receiver pairs, and electrical microwave circuits. Measurements are made using a calibrated, swept 130 MHz to 20 GHz signal modulating a 1300 or 1550 nm optical carrier.
